1. Forty-Eighth Annual Beef Cattle Short Course-

This years Beef Cattle Short Course will focus on herd bulls and bull selection information with the title of "Bullish on Quality Beef." This years short course is scheduled for May 5th through May 7th at the Sheraton Hotel in Gainesville. Please note that to take advantage of early registration pricing, the registion form must be postmarked by April 15.

2. 16th Annual Beef Cattle Reproductive Management School-

The South Florida Beef-Forage Program is offering again this year the Beef Cattle Reproductive Management School at the Hardee County Agri-Civic Center May 11-13, 1999. Please note that there is limited enrollment for this school and it is on a first come first serve basis. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to register.

3. 1999 Forage & Pasture Management School-

The South Florida Beef-Forage Program agents will be again offering the Forage & Pasture Management School the year with the first session to begin Tuesday, June 8 and run through June 10. This is a three day, three session school with Session II to be held July 13-15, and Session III August 10-11 1999. All sessions except for some of the labs will be held at the Agri-Civic Center in Sebring.
